Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

We use DHL for shipping. Estimated delivery time is usually 6–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of RM15.90.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Wittydear offers international shipping to many countries using DHL.

Where are orders shipped from?

Wittydear is based in Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia. Orders are prepared and shipped from Malaysia through DHL.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order through DHL or through our Track Order page.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately at support@wittydear.com if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be made once the order has already been processed and shipped.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wittydear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@wittydear.com. Please include your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.

Are shipping fees and customs duties refundable?

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable.

What happens if my return is refused because of unpaid customs fees?

If a return shipment is refused or sent back because of unpaid customs duties or clearance fees, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wittydear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items?

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or a product defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Who pays for exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a product defect or our error.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
