Refund policy

At Wittydear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including returns due to size, fit, color preference, or change of mind, as long as the item meets our return conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@wittydear.com with:

- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Please do not send your item back before your return request is approved. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address by email.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

If return is approved, we will send you return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wittydear is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Fees & Duties

For returns due to change of mind, size, fit, color preference, or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other related fees.

For returns due to a defective item, damaged item, or an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.

If a return shipment is refused or sent back due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label, unless the return is due to a confirmed defective item or an error on our part.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wittydear.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges subject to product availability.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Approved refunds cover the product price paid, excluding original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other additional charges.

International Returns

This return policy applies to all countries we ship to, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees unless the return is due to a confirmed defective item or an error on our part.
